The People You Meet

“Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness.”
– Mark Twain

Felicia and Kristle are two very lovely 39 year young professional world travelers from Los Angeles, they are no strangers to the world of cruising and between the two of them have over 10 cruises accumulated.

This was their first NCL cruise and they are undivided in their opinion that this line leaves much to be desired. Recognized is the friendliness of the crew and attentiveness of their cabin steward.

The level of concern NCL gives to sanitation procedures offers a great level of comfort however the admonition of “washy washy” by the hand sanitizers was a bit off putting.

These two very gorgeous ladies were just as lovely on the inside as their exterior. Every conversation I had with them I was impressed by their intelligence and graciousness.

Kristal plans to retire to Barbados to purchase property and operate a bed & breakfast. Felicia too plans to retire in Barbados to establish an amusement park to help enrich the joyful spirit of the Barbadian people.

Their life motto of “Do unto others as you would have done unto you” and “Put G-D first and everything else will fall into place” is wise advice to say the least.

I wish them continued adventures and who knows, maybe one day we will share a Banks beer or limey with a rum shot with our slice of macaroni pie if we should find ourselves visiting Barbados.
